    Full Day Tour Uros and Amantani Islands: Culture and Nature in Lake Titicaca

    Hotel pick-up and transfer to the port.

    We start the tour with pick up from your hotel in Puno at 7:00 am. Then, we head to the port to board a tourist boat that will take us on Lake Titicaca.

    Floating Islands of the Uros

    The first stop will be the famous Uros Islands, made entirely of totora reeds. Here you will learn about the history and way of life of its inhabitants. You will also have time to explore the islands and buy local handicrafts.

    Sailing to Amantani Island

    We continue with a boat trip of approximately 2 hours to the island of Amantani. During the trip, you will enjoy the views of Lake Titicaca and its natural environment.

    Tour and Hike in Amantani

    Upon arrival, we will visit the local community and hike to the Pachatata and Pachamama temples, located on the highest points of the island. From there, you will have a spectacular view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

    Typical Lunch and Free Time

    After the hike, you will enjoy a lunch prepared by local families with fresh local produce. Afterwards, you will have free time to relax, explore or chat with the locals.

    Return to Puno

    We end the tour with the return by boat to Puno. Arrival at the port is scheduled for 5:00 p.m., and we will leave you near the Plaza de Armas.
