You will visit one of the oldest distilleries in America, founded in 1857. Here you will learn about its history and the modern process of producing high quality piscos and wines.
Second stop: Tacama Vineyard (Industrial)
We will visit the first winery in South America, located in a traditional hacienda on the Peruvian coast. You will enjoy incredible views of the vineyards and learn about their modern wine production system.
Third stop: El Catador Winery (Artisanal and Semi-Industrial)
Finally, we will explore a family winery that preserves traditional techniques. You will be able to observe the use of the wine press and other ancestral methods, as well as participate in a tasting of their most emblematic products.
