You will also actively participate in each stage of the preparation, allowing you to experience Peruvian cuisine from the inside and enjoy an authentic and unique experience.
🍽️ Start of the experience
First, participants receive a brief explanation about the structure of the class and the organization of the space. Then, the utensils are introduced and the activity is explained before starting to cook.
👨🍳 Hands-on Peruvian cooking class
Next, the class begins under the guidance of a specialized instructor. During this stage, participants learn step by step how to prepare traditional Peruvian dishes using local ingredients and simple cooking techniques.
