Terms and Conditions of Turismo Liberty

1. Introduction
The following terms and conditions govern the use of the services provided by Turismo Liberty. By accessing or making use of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, we request that you do not use our services.
Services provided
The agency offers a variety of services related to travel planning and management, including but not limited to:
- Reservations for flights, hotels, transportation and tourist activities.
- Tourist packages and excursions.
- Travel consulting and advice.
3. Reservations and payments
Reservations made through our website or through our customer service are subject to availability and confirmation by service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking. We accept the following payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.
The prices of our services are subject to change without prior notice until the reservation has been confirmed.
4. Modifications and cancellations
Modifications: Modifications to already confirmed reservations may be subject to additional charges, depending on the service provider’s policies.
Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary depending on the service contracted. In general, reservations may be cancelled with partial or full refunds if made within a certain period, but it is important to consult the specific policies of each provider.
In case of cancellation of a service by the agency or service provider, we offer refund or rescheduling options as appropriate.
5. Agency Responsibility
The agency acts only as an intermediary between the client and the service providers. We are not responsible for cancellations, delays or problems related to service providers (such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
We are not responsible for damages, losses or inconveniences that may arise due to situations beyond our control, such as weather events, strikes, natural disasters or pandemics.
6. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
- Provide correct and updated information at the time of booking.
- Comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country, including visa requirements, vaccination requirements, and any other safety-related regulations.
- Verify the validity of your passport, visa and other necessary travel documents.
7. Check-in Times and Passenger Arrival
Passengers must arrive on time at the pick-up location and at the time indicated by Turismo Liberty.
The schedules provided are for reference only and may be subject to change due to operational reasons, weather conditions, traffic, instructions from the relevant authorities, or other circumstances beyond the agency’s control.
Failure to attend, late arrival, or failure to appear at the designated meeting point may be considered as a used service and will not be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise expressly authorized by the corresponding service provider.
8. Minors
Passengers traveling with minors must comply with the applicable regulations and present the required documentation when applicable.
Turismo Liberty may request additional information to verify the identity of the minor and their relationship with the accompanying adults in order to ensure passenger safety and compliance with applicable laws.

9. Services Subject to Special Conditions
Some tourism services are subject to special policies regarding modifications, cancellations, or refunds established by government authorities, tour operators, or third-party service providers.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Machu Picchu entrance tickets.
- Inca Trail permits.
- Salkantay Trek permits.
- Train tickets.
- Airline tickets.
- Non-transferable admission tickets.
- Third-party services with limited availability.
Once certain tickets have been issued or special services have been confirmed, they may not be modified, transferred, or refunded in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the corresponding service provider.
10. Intellectual Property
All content of the agency’s website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the exclusive property of Turismo Liberty or its suppliers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of this content is prohibited.
11. Personal Data Protection
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
12. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, strikes or any other event beyond our control), we reserve the right to modify, reschedule or cancel reservations without additional liability for the agency.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved before the competent courts of Peru.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website and will become effective on the date of posting.
