All routes start and end in the town of Yanque and are operated with well-trained horses and specialized local guides.

A 3-hour horseback ride, ideal for enjoying nature, local culture, and the landscapes of the Colca Valley.
🔹 Option 1: Yanque – Uyo Uyo Archaeological Complex
The route begins at Yanque’s main square, crossing the colonial Cervantes Bridge. The ascent follows ancient mule trails until reaching the Inca reservoir of Qete Atesca.
Along the route, you will enjoy Andean landscapes, the Qayracucho waterfall, and the Uyo Uyo archaeological complex, an ancient center of the Collagua culture.
The return route crosses the Urinsaya plains, passing the Sifón Bridge and offering views of the hanging tombs of Shinina.
🔹 Option 2: San Antonio Ruins – Coporaque
This route follows ancient agricultural paths and terraces of the Colca Valley. The ascent leads to the San Antonio ruins of Coporaque, offering panoramic views of the valley.
Along the way, the guide explains ancestral farming techniques and the cultural significance of the area. The return follows traditional trails back to Yanque.
🔹 Option 3: Kgoriwayra Viewpoint
The route begins with an ascent to Pallaclli Hill, from where you can enjoy panoramic views of the town of Yanque.
The ride continues toward the Pallaclli plateau, where you can see Inca stone-carved models and agricultural landscapes. The return route passes by the Sanctuary of the Virgin of Chapi, descending along ancient paths back to the town.

🔹 Option 1: Uyo Uyo – Coporaque
This route connects important historical sites of the valley. It includes visits to the Uyo Uyo ruins, the pre-Inca tombs of Yurac Ccacca, and the ancient town of Coporaque.
Along the route, you will see agricultural terraces, natural landscapes, and archaeological remains that reflect the history of the Collagua and Inca cultures.
🔹 Option 2: Achomani Viewpoint
The route ascends along traditional paths to the Achomani viewpoint, offering a 360° panoramic view of the Colca Valley.
Depending on the river level, the return may include crossing the Colca River and passing the colonial Cervantes Bridge before returning to Yanque.

🔹 Uyo Uyo – Coporaque – Hot Springs
This is the most complete route. It begins in Yanque, ascending through the Qochapata reservoir and the Inca trail, with views of the Qayarucho waterfall.
The route includes visits to the Uyo Uyo archaeological complex, the San Antonio ruins, and the town of Coporaque.
The experience ends with a visit to the local hot springs, where travelers can relax before returning to Yanque.
